
UK and USA-based biotech Tiziana Life Sciences (LSE/Nasdaq: TSLA) has announced quantitative PET imaging results from the third patient with multiple system atrophy (MSA) in the Phase II clinical trial treated with intranasal foralumab to complete dosing.
Quantitative analysis of PET scans demonstrated reductions in inflammatory activity in clinically relevant brain regions known to be affected in MSA following treatment with intranasal foralumab, said Tiziana, whose shares closed up 6.2% at $1.03 following the news on Friday.
