Viridian ties up WuXi supply deal ahead of TED decision

US biotech Viridian Therapeutics (Nasdaq: VRDN) has signed a long-term commercial manufacturing agreement with WuXi Biologics, lining up supply for its thyroid eye disease candidate veligrotug as a US regulatory decision nears.

The pact, dated May 24 and disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on May 26, covers commercial supply of veligrotug drug substance and drug product, if the medicine is approved.
