Celldex keeps climbing on barzolvolimab’s effect in urticaria
US immunology specialist Celldex (Nasdaq: CLDX) was trading 5% higher midday Friday, following on from 10% gains on Thursday.
The New Jersey firm earlier announced new data demonstrating profound, sustained complete response and improved quality of life at 76 weeks, seven months after the completion of dosing with barzolvolimab in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), an immune-related condition driven by mast cell activation.
These data were presented in a late breaking oral presentation at the EAACI Congress 2025.
