IN8bio moves into autoimmune space with new TCE platform

IN8bio (Nasdaq: INAB) has unveiled a new T cell engager (TCE) platform, marking its first major push into autoimmune diseases.

The biotech, which previously focused on oncology, has introduced INB-619, a CD19-targeted TCE designed to provide deep B-cell depletion with potentially improved safety over traditional cell therapies.

The launch follows a challenging period for cell and gene therapy companies, many of which have struggled against more accessible treatments in crowded indications.
