BioWa licenses Potelligent tech to Sanofi
US firm BioWa has entered into a license agreement with French drug major Sanofi-Aventis, providing access to its Potelligent Technology platform for the research, development and commercialization of their antibody therapies with enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. In return, the New Jersey-based firm will receive upfront, undisclosed, payments, and may be eligible for milestones and royalties on eventual sales.
