- Boehringer Ingelheim is to purchase over 1.2 million of Cambridge NeuroScience's common stock at $8.08 per share, thus expanding its investment in the company. This follows the start of two pivotal trials with Cerestat (aptiganel) for two clinical indications, stroke and traumatic brain injury. When the transaction closes in several weeks, Boehringer Ingelheim will own around 17% of Cambridge NeuroScience.
