- Staffan Ek has been promoted to the position of president, diabetes care, at Boehringer Mannheim Diagnoistics, a division of Corange. Also in the group, Dieter Doering has been named senior vice president of international marketing at Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics, and Jorg Menten, currently controller of the diagnostics division, is to assume the post of vice president, strategic business analysis for the therapeutic division.
