Boiron's 2008 sales rise 7.5% to $606.4M

Laboratoires Boiron says that its sales in full-year 2008 totaled 466.7 million euros ($606.4 million), a 7.5% rise on the year before, as net  income soared 44.3% to 39.1 million euros.

The Lyon, France-based manufacturer of homeopathic products says its  operating income rose 28% to 57.2 million euros and its net cash  position as of December 31, 2008, was 74.5 million euros, a 48.1%  year-on-year improvement.
