China launches drug innovation project
The Chinese government has approved a national scheme to improve pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation, according to the China Daily. At a meeting of the country's State Council, three areas of technological improvements were highlighted by the Premier, Wen Jiabao, the others being telecommunications and water pollution control.
