The Wuhan Mayinglong Medicine Industry Company, which forms part of theChina Baoan group, is now producing a wide variety of western and traditional Chinese medicines, according to the Beijing Review. The company has been producing eye ointments for over 400 years, having been founded in 1582, during the Ming dynasty.
