Corange Acquisition Complete
The acquisition of the Corange group by Hoffmann-La Roche has beenclosed. Roche has purchased 100% of Corange Ltd, acquiring both the Boehringer Mannheim group and 84.2% of the DePuy group (Marketletters passim). The purchase price totaled approximately $9.1 billion.
