The People's Court in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, has ordered drugmakers Binh Duong Pharmaceuticals and Trung Nam Pharmaceuticals to pay damages of $46,000 to Hungarian firm Gedeon Richter relating to the production of an imitation of the latter's morning after pill Postnight 2, reports the Vietnamese news agency. The court ruled that the Vietnamese firms had sold a "complete imitation" of the product, which was marketed in Vietnam as Postinor 2.
