Held annually since 2008, CTAD is a global forum dedicated to Alzheimer's disease clinical research, bringing together investigators, clinicians, industry scientists and regulatory experts.

• Disease-modifying therapies, including anti-amyloid and anti-tau approaches.
• Biomarkers, including blood-based diagnostics, and their use in trial enrollment.

Dates and format

The 19th CTAD conference runs from 16 to 19 November 2026 in Boston.

For 2026 the conference has partnered with the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation on programming aimed at emerging biotech companies.
