CytoMed Begins Phase II Trials With CMI-392

- CytoMed has started Phase II trials of CMI-392, its small-moleculeanti-inflammatory, in patients with psoriasis. CMI-392 combines 5-lipoxygenase inhibition with platelet-activating factor antagonism in the same molecule. The first Phase II trials will be conducted in 150 patients by European licensee Stieffel. Later trials will look at patients with atopic dermatitis.
