Global research and advisory firm Decision Resources has said it plans to acquire the life sciences business of Scotland-headquartered Wood Mackenzie. This unit comprises market research, data and analysis on the commercial landscape of the biopharmaceutical and animal health industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
