DEHOP For Ulcerative Colitis
- SunPharm Corp has filed an Investigational New Drug applicationwith the US Food and Drug Administation to test its polyamine analog diethylhomospermine (DEHOP) in ulcerative colitis patients. DEHOP is also in Phase II trials for chronic AIDS-related diarrhea, and in Phase I trials in cancer patients.
