AlzeCure lands $2.2 billion NeuroRestore licensing deal
AlzeCure Pharma (STO: ALZCUR) has signed an out-licensing and collaboration agreement with Denmark’s privately held QuantumCell, granting the biotech global rights to its NeuroRestore Alzheimer’s platform, including lead candidate ACD856.
The transaction has a potential value exceeding $2.2 billion, excluding royalties, marking the second major licensing agreement for the Swedish company within weeks.
