DoveBid, a USA-based global provider of capital asset auction and valuation services, will conduct a series of biotechnology and pharmaceutical laboratory equipment sales via a featured on-line auction for Pfizer Japan's laboratory located in Nagoya, Japan.
The first on-line auction is scheduled to be conducted January 30 and will end January 31. Featured items in the first sale will include over 350 pieces of biotechnology laboratory and R&D equipment. Multiple on-line auctions for Pfizer Japan are scheduled up to May.
"On-line auctions are very popular in the USA and it has started to prevail in the Japanese market. We are working hard to support our clients, not only in biotech and pharmaceutical industries, but also in other industries, to manage their surplus assets by leveraging our state-of-the-art on-line systems," said Yusuke Uchiyama, account executive of DoveBid, Japan.
