EC clears Alliance Boots buy of Megapharm

The European Commission has granted clearance under the European Union Merger Regulation to the acquisition of sole control of Megapharm GmbH Pharmazeutische Erzeugnisse of Germany by Alliance Boots Holdings of the UK.
