Hungarian firm Egis Pharmaceuticals' profit was up 82% to 14.0 billion forint ($68.7 million) like-for-like in the full fiscal year ending September 30, 2008. Revenue reached 96.0 billion forint in the same period. In the last quarter of the financial year, sales increased by 5.2% to 24.3 billion forint, and net income doubled to 5.9 billion forint.
