The USA's Emisphere Technologies has been informed that its shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market from June 9 after they failed to comply with the minimum market value. The firm anticipates that its securities will be eligible for trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, an electronic quotation service maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
