The first update of the 4th edition of the European Pharmacopoeia is nowavailable, according to the Council of Europe.
Supplement 4.1 publishes the texts adopted at the March session of the European Pharmacopoeia Commission and will be implemented on April 1, 2002, at which point it becomes legally binding in all countries that have signed the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia.
A total of 30 new monographs and 48 revised or corrected texts supplement or update the initial volume of the 4th edition of the European Pharmacopoeia.
