First Arab Drug Company Gets US Clearance
- Al-Hikma Pharmaceutical of Jordan has registered its first product and won approval for export to the USA. The product is an anti-inflammatory and the company is believed to be the first Arab drug company whose plant has won approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to export to the USA, according to a Reuters report.
