The third-largest insurance group in France - the AGF-Allianz - has signed an agreement with a domestic pharmacy grouping to reimburse self-medication products with effect from June 29.
The accord has been entered into with CNGPO, which represents around a third of the pharmacies in the country. AGF-Allianz will reimburse pharmacy clients who have signed up for complementary health insurance covering the most recent self-medication medicines for conditions such as sore throats, headaches, sunstroke etc, the Marketletter's correspondent reports .
