Orexo divests US rights to Zubsolv

Sweden’s Orexo (STO: ORX) has signed an agreement with Dexcel Pharma USA, to divest the full rights to Zubsolv (buprenorphine/naloxone) sublingual tablet CIII, for the treatment of opioid use disorder, in the USA.

The Zubsolv US business (part of US Commercial) had net sales of $49 million and earnings of $17 million. The news pushed Orexo’s shares up 13% to 27.10 kronor by early-afternoon trading.
