Gist-Broc/Novo Deal
Denmark's Novo Nordisk and Holland's Gist-Brocades have signed an agreement under which G-B acquires Novo's technology for enzyme-based manufacturing of semi-synthetic penicillins and cephalosporins, acquiring its bulk antibiotic business based in Anagni, Italy. Terms are not disclosed.
