Gulf Onshore has acquired the assets of Cannex Therapeutics and will continue development of its medical cannabis-based pharmaceutical products.
Cannex is a privately-owned California, USA, group founded and operated by medical cannabis pioneer and entrepreneur Steven Kubby, who has been appointed president and chief executive of the newly-merged firm.
The asset purchase agreement includes all intellectual property rights, formulas, patents, trade marks, client base, hardware and software pertaining to Cannex' pharmaceutical cannabis R&D business.
