Hemispherx says US Court decision supports rejection of 2002 hostile takeover
US drugmaker Hemispherx Biopharma says that a Federal Court of Appeals decision supports its rejection of a hostile takeover in 2002, with a ruling that allows it to seek damages from former executives of South African company JCI, which initiated the takeover bid.
