Immunomedics buys stake in IBC Pharma
US firm Immunomedics has acquired a 43% stake in IBC Pharmaceutical fromBeckman Coulter, for 138,000 shares and a five-year warrant to buy an additional 150,000 shares for $65 each. This gives Immunomedics 92% ownership of IBC, a cancer therapeutics venture.
