UK drug developer ImmuPharma says that a number of existing and new blue-chip institutional investors have purchased shares from the trusts of two of ImmuPharma's founders and directors, Richard Warr and Dimitri Dimitriou.
The trusts each placed 2.1 million (2.7% of the company) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company at a price of 82 pence per share to institutional investors on March 19.
