IMS Health acquires Cambridge Pharma Consultancy

Leading pharmaceutical pharmaceutical and health careinformation/solutions provider IMS Health has acquired Cambridge Pharma Consultancy, a privately-held consulting and advisory firm which has corporate offices in the UK and USA. Terms of the deal are not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 by Lindsey Matheson (currently chairman) and Joseph Zammit-Lucia, two physicians with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Cambridge Pharma will operate as a division within IMS Health's global consulting group, but will maintain its identity in the marketplace.
