Indian health spend
A study by India's Associated Chambers of Commerce says that, while health spending in the country rose 25% in the top 10 states, this has not helped them reduce infant mortality and increase care service per million of population. Assocham indicates that the problems include the "non-availability of quality drugs and medicines reaching all sections of the people."
