- Isis Pharmaceuticals' antisense anticancer compound ISIS3521/CGP64128A has been shown to have antitumor activity in a Phase I trial involving 56 patients with ovarian and lung cancer and lymphoma. The drug was found to be well tolerated with minimal side effects seen.
