The Health Policy and Health Insurance Bureaus of the Japanese Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry has notified the prefectural health authorities of the twice-a-year listing for generic drugs into the National Health Insurance price list, which was approved by the Chuikyo (the Central Social Insurance Medical Council) late last month (Marketletter April 30).The Ministry's notification says that this fiscal year's listings will be made in July and November.
