KV fires Marc Hermelin over mismanagement allegations
The USA's KV Pharmaceuticals has named the president of its generics subsidiary, David Van Vliet, as interim chief executive and Terry Hatfield as chairman after the dismissal of Marc Hermelin. The St Louis Business Journal reports that a probe into mismanagement is ongoing, but Mr Hermelin said he chose to retire.
