Lawsuit Against Fujisawa
The former president and chief executive of US company Lyphomed, John Kapoor, has filed a $30 million lawsuit in the Illinois State Court against Fujisawa USA, which failed in its attempt to prosecute Dr Kapoor. He alleges that Fujisawa sought to extort million of dollare from him prior to filing its suit.
