US endocrinology specialist Tercica has announced board management changes, with Richard King moving up to become president and chief operating officer, and Ajay Bansal to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Also, the company has elected Faheem Hasnain, now an executive VP at Biogen Idec, a member of its board of directors.
