- Medarex has begun a Phase I/II trial of its MDX-210 bispecific antibody, which targets the her-2 neu receptor on certain cancer cells, in combination with G-CSF. The trial will involve 20 breast cancer patients who are resistant to conventional therapy. It is hoped that G-CSF-induced neutrophils will target cancer cells binding the antibody.
