MedImmune enters $70M cancer R&D accord with Infinity
US drugmaker MedImmune says it has agreed to jointly develop and market small-molecule cancer drugs with privately-held Infinity Pharmaceuticals. Under the terms of the deal, the former will make a $70.0 million upfront payment for the co-exclusive rights to the latter's Hsp 90 and Hedgehog pathway product development programs. Both companies will share costs and profits.
