Merck & Co to sell Chemical Units
- Merck & Co is to sell its specialty chemical units Kelco and Calgon Vestal Laboratories in order to tighten the focus of its business. The expected price at which the units will be offered was not revealed, although they have combined annual sales of $400 million.
