Massachusetts, USA-based Millipore Corp, a life science firm providing technologies, tools and services for bioscience research and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, has launched a new Antibody Learning Center, a free web tool for navigating the company's broad antibody portfolio and planning efficient workflows for immunodetection in specific focus areas of protein research.
Now that Upstate and Chemicon are part of Millipore, the group's antibody offerings span the entire range of biological research, from neuroscience, cell signaling and nuclear function, to cell structure and adhesion, and apoptosis. The Antibody Learning Center conveniently organizes the entire antibody collection into specific focus areas. Researchers can quickly find the relevant antibodies to answer a particular question while they are also alerted to important, related proteins, extending the scope of their research, says Millipore.
