Mylan to switch listing to Nasdaq

US generics major Mylan is to switch its stock exchange listing to the Nasdaq global select market from the New York Stock Exchange. The firm's chief executive, Robert Coury, notes that most of its total trading volume is already crossing on Nasdaq facilities and the move offers obvious financial benefits. Mylan will continue to trade under the "MYL" stock ticker symbol.
