New Health Care Investment Group Appoints Advisors

- The former chairman of SmithKline Beecham, Henry Wendt, becomeschairman of the newly-formed group Global Health Care Partners, part of the US investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Robert Cawthorn, ex-chairman and chief executive of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, becomes managing director. The purpose of the group is to invest private equity in both national and international health care companies.
