Novo Nordisk settles law suit with Pfizer over Exubera
Danish insulin giant Novo Nordisk has settled a law suit against world drug behemoth Pfizer claiming that the New York-based firm's inhaled insulin, Exubera, infringed its patents. The law suit was originally filed in August 2006 in the US Federal Court in the Southern District of New York.
