Pall Corp acquires French firm Genesystems
The USA's Pall Corp has acquired French privately-held biotechnology company GeneSystems. The deal gives Pall the rights to GeneSystems' molecular diagnostics platforms. The Bruz-headquartered firm first gained attention for its Legionella diagnostic platform soon after being founded in 2000. Pall says it is the global leader in the field of filtration, separation and purification.
