Parexel boosts EU GMP team

Boston, USA-based Parexel Consulting, a business unit of Parexel International, says it is strengthening its European Good Manufacturing Practice capabilities through a series of initiatives, including the appointment of three senior consultants. Clive Brading, formerly at Sanofi-Aventis, has been made director of Parexel's European consulting team, while Ralf Hess and Seigfried Schmitt have joined as principal consultants.

The firm said that the move is designed to help the company cope with the increasing complexities of European Union directives regarding manufacturing, quality and safety.
