BMS expands NVIDIA tie-up with Vera Rubin AI factory
US pharma major Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) is expanding its partnership with NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), with plans to deploy an NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD built on DGX Vera Rubin NVL72 systems to support AI-led drug discovery and development.
The companies describe the system as the most powerful and energy-efficient single-owned NVIDIA infrastructure in life sciences. BMS said the added computing capacity will support larger proprietary models and more sophisticated AI workloads across oncology, hematology, cardiovascular disease, immunology and neuroscience.
