Chinese vaccine maker Olymvax moves toward Hong Kong listing

Chinese vaccine developer Olymvax (SHE: 688319) has filed an application to list H shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a shift from a single A-share structure to an A+H model as it seeks broader capital access for its expanding vaccine portfolio.

The company said it submitted an overseas H-share offering application on November 25, with an application proof posted the same day. The draft document carries the usual regulatory caveats that the filing does not indicate approval or confirm that any eventual offering will proceed.
