
US biopharma Definium Therapeutics (Nasdaq: DFTX) has closed an upsized public offering that raised $805 million in gross proceeds, days after reporting positive Phase III data for its lead neuropsychiatric candidate DT120 ODT.
The company sold 23.7 million common shares at $34.00 each, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to buy an additional 3.1 million shares. Definium said the proceeds will support research and development, preparations for the potential commercialization of DT120 ODT, if approved, and general corporate purposes.
