
British biotech F2G and Japanese pharma Shionogi (TYO: 4507) have reported positive top-line Phase III results for olorofim, their investigational oral antifungal for patients with invasive aspergillosis who cannot use, or have not responded to, azole therapy.
The global OASIS study met its primary endpoint, showing olorofim was non-inferior to AmBisome (liposomal amphotericin B), followed by standard of care.
